How do I enquire/ book my event?
What packages do you offer?
It's All About The Hens, Simply Styled, Gypsy Tent & Sheer are our packages.
Do you set up my event?
Undercover Events will set up, style and pack down your bell tent event. We will set it up and pack it down, even if the sheer package (tent alone) is hired. We do offer discounts if you would like the responsibility of setting up the tent yourself.
Is there a security bond?
Yes! There is a $150 refundable booking/security of date bond applied to your quote. If you notice any equipment which looks faulty and/or unsafe you must inform Undercover Events before your event commences.
What happens if the tent or equipment gets damaged during my event?
Undercover Events will inspect the equipment and bell tent for any damage at the beginning and end of the event. If you notice any equipment which looks faulty and/or unsafe you must inform Undercover Events.
Can I leave my belongings in the tent?
This is up to the discretion of the hirer and your guests. Please note that Undercover
Events accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage, of whatever nature, of your personal items during or as a result of your bell tent hire.
Can I change the date of my hire?
Absolutely! We do ask that you let us know of the event date change at least 14 days prior to the original date and that the updated hire date is three weeks or less from the quoted date of your event. We will not provide you with a refund if you plan to simply change the date your event.
How do I pay?
Direct debit - bank transfer (it will be on your invoice we send when you contact us!)
Can I smoke inside the tent?
No. Undercover Events asks that you and your guests respect a smoke free environment inside the
tent. If it is detected that smoking has occurred inside of the tent the security bond will not be
Can pets go inside the tent?
No, we ask to keep your pets outside of the tent due to allergy reasons, please!
My backyard is not big enough for the bell tent! What do I do?
We have a selection of beautiful grassed areas around Adelaide and the surrounding suburbs that we
can suggest to you!* We also have hessian bags which we can set up inside (as long as the roof of the area is 3.5m high).
*Please note that some public areas may require you to request permission from the local council or
similar. If your event requires paperwork, fees or payments for the bell tent or equipment to take place
in that area this is completely under the customer’s responsibility to organise and pay these whilst
also informing Undercover Events.
What if it rains on my event?
Our bell tents are 100% waterproof and able to withstand wet weather, if you wish to cancel your event because of wet weather reasons (2 weeks or less, before your event date) - your security bond of $150.00 will not be refunded. BUT you are able to use it as credit towards another hire date (subject to date of availability).
